On another day c'mon, c'mon, with these ropes I tied can we do no wrong

So yesterday the IB seniors and I went on a field trip to Ybor! (pronounced "e-boar")
Which is awesome, because it's the first field trip I've had since like 7th grade.
Which reminds me, why don't they make school more fun?
Schools definitely need to implement more field trips in their school curriculum.
Maybe that would make school suck a little less?
Just saying.

But anywayyyyy...back to Ybor....
So yeah, we went there.
To Ybor.
On a field trip.
Which was amazing!

Not to bore you with a long history of Ybor, but it's a really cool, old historic city.
Basically in a nutshell, it was founded in 1885 by Vicente Martinez Ybor, a cigar manufacturer, and who opened cigar factories that brought in Cuban, Spanish, and Italian immigrants. It's a national park in Florida and people have gone through great lengths to preserve it, although now it's well known for it's night clubs and gay community.

During the field trip, we walked around the city, looking at historic buildings and landmarks and later went to a museum.
After all of that nerdy fun-ness, we stopped for lunch and had really delicious Cuban food.

Then our teachers let us go off on our own for about an hour and 45 minutes.
So of course I took the opportunity to window shop at Urban Outfitters and shop at the local vintage stores like Revolve and La France.
Then we all got ice-cream and rode back on the bus.
The end.

Is it creepy that I like to take pictures of my friends?
Maybe.
Or maybe they're just so gosh darn photogenic!
